Which artists would you say Fluxury is most strongly influenced by?
Fluxury creates without any band - composer - style in mind. The songwriting is never the same and we don't want to push it too much in any specific direction. The results are surprising also to us. Although we tend to ease the live versions of the more idiosyncratic songs a bit for smoother audience acceptance.
OK, then tell me which artists Fluxury likes to listen to?
Again there's no general answer but at home I think 'Fluxury' listens to anything between classical recordings, jazz, interesting progressive or symfonic music and straight forward rockpop.
Why the weird music?
We don't think what we do is obscure, the songs are accessible, we're reaching people. Just not by the thousands. It was the 'sonics' of the older work Lunar escape velocity that turned some folks off; a non-issue today.

Fluxury has no record deal, publishing agent or promotional budget. Pressing of albums and snailings are paid with private money. We send music around the world but we usually check references first. But why not do us a favor and buy yourself a real copy. Customers are rare in this shop so they usually get special attention. And you'll be amazed at how much more satisfying the listening experience is with the pretty artwork of the fine booklet and disk in your hand. Or just download the songs.

Will you play on our wedding? Only if you know what you're doing. We're not agressive, dirty, obscene, noisy or even loud but we don't play y'r typical party music either. Better invite us to play on your local cultural event.
